These terms apply to the website at interactivedemocracy.eu and to the Interactive Democracy platform. Both are run by Interactive Democracy. By using either, you agree to these terms. Do not use bots, scripts or multiple sessions to inflate or skew contributions; do not scrape the platform; do not probe, disrupt or interfere with its security or operation; do not use it to harass anyone or to post content you have no right to post. Contributions that breach these terms may be removed from the aggregate.

Intellectual property

Availability and liability

The website and platform are provided as they are and as available, without any warranty. They may change, pause or close at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Interactive Democracy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of them or reliance on their content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
